Whilst writing my dissertation millennial tweets and comments on the podcast about motherhood have really moved me and gave me the confidence to reach out to other women

When the reality of the few are experiences aren't white why I expected them to be

How can I best support and empower black women and other ethnic minorities without patronising them or silence in them

Both in the workplace and socially I want to be an ally for other women as I'm about to graduate from university and moving into working life

I want to be conscious of supporting other women and being aware of their needs

But I'm worried this will come across patronising and overwhelming
