1:06.2	For you who don't know us or don't know that we have kids, we have two children.
1:12.7	One is two and a half. and the other is about 13 months so we are pretty busy we're actually doing this ask episode
1:20.5	while we have two children sleeping in their bedrooms thank god they sleep at the same time yes
1:25.8	well that was engineered yes we were very intentional about making sure that happened.
1:31.2	But anyway, we're going to jump right into the first question here.
1:34.5	What is the best way you have found to stay intimately connected when you have kids?
1:40.4	So off the top of our heads, we came up with a few different suggestions or challenges for you to try.
1:49.5	As you know, communication is one of the most important skills in marriage.
1:55.2	So communication to your spouse that, hey, I would really like to connect more.
2:01.1	Because if you guys aren't on the same page that you're missing out or that you're missing
2:05.9	being together or missing having that intimate time or missing the conversations that you,
2:10.9	well, they're not going to be, they're not going to put that, they're not going to put
2:15.5	that as high up on the priority list and someone asked uh i didn't
2:21.7	write this part down but it was a version of this question someone asked did you have any systems
