I think when it comes to the compassion, fatigue,

one remedy in some sense is just to accept our limitation.

You know, we can only take in so much, we can only do so much

because I mean, sometimes I feel like I'm five days behind

on whatever happened and then you feel like,

oh, I totally miss it, you know, whatever.

But I think to say, am I in the moment

doing the good I can in the world I'm in?

You know, when I see it, whether it's like

at the grocery store and you see a lady who's in a wheelchair

having a hard time getting up and you just stop to help her.

You know, I think that's sometimes what we miss,

kind of like what you were saying, Jasmine.

And to end my real world, am I doing what I can to love my neighbor?

And be aware of what's going on, you know,

or rail me, but also rest in the fact

that a better country's coming.
