So James began the the series last weekend and did a great job you didn't hear that message you're

gonna want to go back and hear it but the name of the series is Jesus in the

center and we're talking about Jesus in the center of our lives, but Jesus in the center specifically in our lives in different areas.

And he did Jesus in the center of your stress.

And so I'm going to do this week Jesus in the center of your prayers.

So we're talking about Jesus in the center of our prayers. I heard about a little boy that wanted a brother and so he

prayed for a month and nothing happened. Prayed for two months, nothing happened,

and prayed for three months, no little brother.

So he stopped praying.

Well, about six months after that,

his father took him to the hospital,

pulled back a curtain, and there was a little brother.

And then the father pulled the curtain back a little farther.

There was another little brother.

Pulled it back a little farther, another little brother.

And so he said to the little boy,

now, aren't you glad you prayed?

The little boy said, yes, but aren't you glad I stopped after three months? So we're going to talk about prayer

because prayer is something that we all feel like that we don't do it enough.
