One of the reasons we started this channel is to help and encourage Christian marriages around the world to know that our marriages are our ministry and the first place that we practice the things the Bible teaches us and commands is in our marriage toward our spouse and our children. Our heart for this is to recognize how when our marriage ministry is thriving then it will make our ministry outside the home more effective. Do you recognize your role in the marriage as a ministry? Being a husband, being a wife. In the episode, we hope you are encouraged to thrive in the ministry God has given you, which is your marriage. 0:47.8	topic that we need to share with you through the podcast based off the content of the book and one of the chapters is about marriage being your first

0:58.6	So whether you realize it or not you are in a ministry and I'm not talking about you're being a pastor or
1:05.9	worship leader or missionary which we were for a little bit
1:10.6	We're saying that you currently as a husband and a wife are in ministry in your marriage
1:15.8	That the first place that you practice the things that the Bible teaches us as we always say you know your first neighbor
1:23.4	Who's your closest neighbor? It's your spouse and so when the Bible tells us to love your neighbors yourself

1:31.0	That if you don't focus and and treat your marriage as a ministry the way we should
1:38.3	And we let it fall apart and we don't and we don't give it the attention it deserves
1:42.2	Then it doesn't matter what other ministry we might want to do outside the home
1:47.5	You know if you're we see in the headlines. Yeah, you know what are the headlines that like you know pastor leaves his wife
