Amen, amen and amen. Good evening. How you all doing today? Okay, I'll just take what I can get.

Glad you're here. Hope you're blessed that you came. Those of you online, we wish the same. And if you don't mind, I want to get right

to it. Zachariah chapter 3. We're making our way through this 14 chapter book,

the second to the last book of the Old Testament and the chapter this chapter is a

a prophetically powerful one that can bring us much needed encouragement and hope concerning those fiery

trials in our lives. And this is why the title slash takeaway, you understand what I mean by that.

This is an expositional teaching verse by verse, chapter by chapter, book by book, but there's

one main takeaway, and that takeaway is the title, which is, your fiery trial doesn't mean God's through with you.

It's to purify you. Not only do our fiery trials mean that God is not through

with us or angry at us. It's the opposite that's true.

What do you mean?

Well, he, as only he can, purifies us.

Why?

Because he chooses and uses us for his purpose and his glory.

And actually we're going to see this right out of the shoot in just the first two verses

which I'm not trying to be sensational when I say this, but this can be life-changing in the sense that

it can change how we view the Lord in the midst of our pain and suffering, trials and tribulations and difficulties and

hardships.

This teaching is dedicated to all of which I believe actually know there are many who are facing the trial of their life.

In pain, agony, struggling, suffering.

The reason I wanted to start out this way and emphasize this one point is because in our
