Were you scrolling on Instagram over there? Not really. I was just checking out where Tom Brady has, Tom Brady was on Long Island this week. Oh, was he? Yeah. What was he doing? He was playing golf out at the hills.

That's the Discovery Land property out there in Quag.

Oh, that's open now, huh? Well, I don't know if it's open. It may be a soft opening. They may just be letting, you know, people like Tom, who's been involved with Discovery for a long time. People like Tom, yeah. Well, Tom's been involved with discovery properties for a long time.

Yeah.

And so he was out there with his son Jet via Bridget Moynihan. Mm. And Jet looks great. Jet looks taller than Tom in that picture. He does, yeah. And I guess I was reading about how Tom's former teammates and people in his life are busting his chops that, you know, his son is bigger than he is. Well, yeah.

I hope that son throw footballs too? That's the point. Like, you know, here's the guy who's got the same jawline as Tom Brady and he's bigger than Tom Brady. Give that kid a contract. I don't know whether or not he's a football player or not. I'm not sure. I don't even know how old he is. I have no clue.

I don't know anything about him.

Except that he looks like Tom,

and they posted some pictures yesterday.

So you and I have played a number of discovery properties including Silo Ridge. That's right. So Long Island is going to be getting another five-star golf course. Just what we need. And Tom Brady's out there already. Yes, of course. Just another, just another one out there.

Yeah, so it looks good. You know, from the background shots and everything, it must be a soft opening or something.

I'm sure it's absolutely spectacular, just like every one of their places are.

You know, interesting story about the Discovery Land Corporation. I think their first property was a golf course, I'm pretty sure

was their first property.

It's a golf course in Scottsdale called Estancia.

And a friend of mine, Bob Bird, who's no longer with us, was a builder.

And he was building their clubhouse.

And they actually gave him the opportunity to buy two memberships to this place.

So this was back in like 1994 or 1993.

And I basically bought into it, like immediately.
