A few weeks ago, I walked you through a process called traction, and traction is basically

an operating system that we use at Morning Brew in order to set our company vision, our

values, and plan for the future.

Without traction, we would be lost.

We'd be in constant catch-up mode, putting out fires, and reacting to what's happening

around us, versus proactively setting goals for the business, and focusing on achieving

them.
