Boris's 11th birthday on the second of September, and the big 36 on the 5th on Friday. So a very busy week.

What did I get up to? So for the kids, obviously we did bits and bobs, but for myself, because I would say that being 36 is more important than being

11 or 4. We just went out for a nice lunch with close family on Friday, just by the coast there,

very, very nice lunch, a couple of drinks, then picked up the kids and took it easy, mate. Yeah, not too much. There was not too much for us. A lot of cake was consumed and a good few drinks. I was going to ask if a lot of calories were consumed. Not that anything would suggest that they were, but I just thought it might, you know, there might have been. There was. I am looking forward to getting to the studio though, because obviously, no doubt, the for love of rugby team has brought me a lovely present for my birthday.
