This now is my third try at this. Typically, we do a little bantering in the beginning, but I'm really cranky today. I haven't slept much.

This is get right to it, David.

Yeah, yeah. There are a lot of things I'm angry. I have a lot of topics to get to.

So the first one's actually kind of funny. I just wanted to throw this at you because I laughed out.

I LOL when I read this tweet from Washington Posts Aaron Blake yesterday, goes like this, despite the January 6th hearing,

the many GOP election deniers running, et cetera, just 52% of Biden voters and 23% of independence view the GOP

as a major threat to democracy. So this is a poll that the Washington Post put on and it it.

It finds the most that Americans believe that the media is the biggest threat to democracy even after the presidential speeches of that semi-fascism,

after this silly show trial, this January 6th stuff, the, you know, just the entire media obsession with the supposed threats to democracy coming from the right.

And it just, it seems to me like it was a bad political strategy, but also that it's just, uh, maybe even backfired on them.

It's an amazing poll. I actually went and looked at the cross tabs to see how it broke down.

95% of Republicans, 95% of Republicans say that the media are a threat to democracy.
