We loved hearing from everybody this week.

It was a big week.

It was a big week for David Harsani, who needs to tell us what happened to himself after last week's episode was broadcast or aired.

The reason Molly is starting the show is because I'm having some trouble because I'm in a cast.

I had a what I would call a pretty serious bike accident, broke my hand and broke my arm and hurt my knee, and crashed and

ruined my helmet. I landed on my head really hard. If I wasn't wearing a helmet, I don't think

I'd be alive. So I'm not one of these people who lectures anyone on what they should be doing,

but if you're riding

if you're cycling and if you're cycling as a sport like I am you know I'm going relatively

fast you should be wearing a helmet if you're like cycling in a way that's in the vicinity of cars

also yeah yeah um since this happened to me I, you know, people have told me horror stories.

And I don't know that I'd be alive without a helmet.

Maybe I would be, but it would have been something far more serious than what I'm experiencing.

You know, and it's my right hand in a cast.

So I can't do anything with my left hand.

I realize it's very difficult.

But so I appreciate, Molly anything with my left hand, I realize it's very difficult.

But so I appreciate Molly, you taking the lead today.

You're not ambidextrious.
