Hey everybody Dean Graziosi, welcome to the Weekly Wisdom and Happy New Year.

You know, this is the time of year we all set goals and we should, but I want to give you a little

less than five minutes away to really set goals because they stick

because so many people do it wrong.

This is the time of year where you're going to lose 20 pounds, you're going to make more

money, be better apparent, be better at relationships, get to the gym, quit soda, stop white bread, you do all these things and

then what happens by February 1st, man, you're back to right where you were and I don't want that

to happen.

So I'm just going to take a couple of minutes.

There's a lot of ways to do goals.

But I'm going to tell you the way they've been

that they've been the most effective for me

to make them stick.

And just

did my whole 2015 goals and I do a longer process,

but this is the condensed version to really make it stick.

So first of all, sometimes, and I've been talking

about this for years, for those of you follow me week after week, is sometimes when you look

forward to your goals, it's hard to really imagine where you want to be. So first what I'd like you to do today

is I'd like you to get a couple minutes with total silence and I'd like you to picture it's one year from today and it was the best year of your life. So instead of you looking

forward a year, you jump ahead a year and you look backwards and you go, wow, that was a

fantastic year. To was a fantastic year.
