What up, what up? Today's podcast episode is going to be a bit different than our traditional show.

Because normally we're talking about vision, about goal setting, about optimism, about planning

for all of the goodness and greatness and revenue and profit and growth and equity.

But today's not that episode. Today we're covering a strategy that I like to call the oh shit list. The oh shit list is a list of

the top five ways that your business will die. Ladies and gentlemen, die. This is a list that you

and your team need to create before going into 2025. And yes, this episode leans slightly more

towards current investors,

current business owners, but if you do not have any businesses, if you don't have any properties

yet, please keep listening because this is something that you can still utilize within your

personal life that will definitely set you on the right trajectory. The reasoning behind the

oh shit list is both myself and others listening to this show are what we call visionaries we're

thinking about all the growth of the companies like how do i get to a million five million 10 million

100 million all this stuff but the difference between a seasoned entrepreneur and a beginning entrepreneur

is how they respond to adversity how they respond to to the, oh, shit, moments, right?

Because it's not if, it's when they're going to happen and to what degree.

So there's two ways to go about this.

You can either, one, be completely reactive when these moments happen.

And I have had a few that I will share throughout this podcast episode.

And the second way that we can tackle this oh shit list is through a proactive approach,

whereas it's not as fun in the beginning to think about all the ways that our business dies.

But what it will do is it will give you a sense of more peace and calm, knowing that you do have a plan in case shit hits the fan.
