I'm looking at going back in, but I am in real estate development now. So I develop real estate on the side. So these degrees were pre-military? Correct. Yes, sir. Oh, wow. So you've been hanging around with this stuff? Well, thank you for your service to the country, hon. How old are you? I'm 26. Okay. Well, I mean, it's a, you already know the formula, man. You've done it before. It's just got a lot more zeros on it this time, right?
