A small production note, there was a slight technical issue with Sean's microphone for the first five to six minutes off this episode.

0:12.1

So Sean's audio is a little bit different at that point, but does return to normal.

0:15.4

I really hope you enjoy today's show.

Thanks for listening and have a good one breaking down the wide receiver position all the

tiers and targets that's what we're going to be talking about today on stealing pinino

i'm brentgritch five stealing signals at benggretschstack.com. A lot of articles there in the last couple of weeks. With me, as always, is Sean Siegel. You can find office gear workover at Rodevis. A lot of articles there in the last couple of weeks. And Sean, we're getting down to Crunchtown. We are into the final weeks before the season. We were recording

this on Monday, August 21st. The Thursday night opener is two weeks and three days away.

That is crazy to think about. I still have a ton of stuff that I want to write and do before the season starts.

We are right on the press piss of all of it. And you mentioned to me, we've been doing,

1:17.4

we, it's funny. Wide Receiver is such an important position to everything that we do and talk about

2:05.5

workloads. But the reality is that's not the way that it's played out. ADPYs over the last

2:10.2

several years, decades, where running backs, the ones that are very successful, not always the ones

2:15.6

that are drafted at the top. And there's not a lot of clear correlation there. Obviously, guys from the later rounds can end up being big time stars.

2:23.5

Josh Jacobs was the best example last year of a guy who was going a lot later and ended up in the top

2:27.4

view at that position. You just don't see quite as much of that at receiver and certainly i guess in the just jacob's range
