1:18.0	She doesn't have any regrets because she gave 110% to cheerleading and she reached every goal that she had ever set for herself.

1:37.0	The football players and the cheerleaders, we did like a country dance together and so we were at a friend's house practicing the dance.
1:45.0	A lot of us decided we were going to teach the boys how to do like this flip. It just went wrong.
1:52.0	I went back and flipped and landed straight on my throat and then in the grass of the backyard and as crazy as the sounds it, I knew instantly that I was paralyzed.
2:02.0	I received a phone call and they said it was serious that she couldn't feel her legs and that they had called the ambulance.
2:12.0	A call on sensation I just felt through my body that I was like, okay, I'm laying here, I'm not going to try and get up.
2:19.0	I'm just going to lay here and I know I have to stay calm.
2:22.0	I was so scared and it was so overwhelming and the hardest thing was is like once I got there she was so calm.
2:29.0	Like you would not even know that she had broken her neck.
2:33.0	It felt like an eternity laying on that ground and hearing the sirens come out.
