Hey everyone, welcome to Yoga Lands Yoga Teacher Companion. I'm your host, Jason

0:04.8

Krandel. In the last two episodes, we looked at my five favorite ways to

0:10.2

produce more active range of motion and end range strength in the hips and in

0:15.1

the shoulders. So if you haven't checked out those episodes, make sure to do it.

0:18.7

And because we focused on hips and shoulders, I thought it'd be nice just to

0:23.6

kind of bring up some of my favorites. Go to core strengtheners. Now, before I get

1:19.8

to include this kind of content within a sequence. But again, you can work it

1:24.9

however you want to work it. When we look at these five postures, I'm going to show

1:29.0

you where in the sequence, I tend to drop these in. The other thing is, I want us

1:34.1

to remember that the word core and the word abdominals are not synonyms. They are

1:41.0

not the same thing. Your abdominals are part of your core, an inextricable and

1:47.8

unbelievably important part of your core. But your abdominals are not the

1:52.3

entirety of your core. Now, this conversation is it's kind of below the scope where
