| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, welcome to Yoga Lands Yoga Teacher Companion. I'm Jason |
| 0:04.2 | Krandall your host. In the last two videos or the last two episodes, I talked |
| 0:09.6 | about the relationships and the dynamics between flexibility and mobility and |
| 0:15.3 | also between passive range of motion, active range of motion, and end range |
| 0:19.8 | strength. So what I want to do in this episode is I want to give you five really |
| 0:25.1 | great examples of both active range of motion and end range strength for the |

| 1:13.7 | students create these factors. So the first thing that I'm going to show you is |
| 1:18.6 | what I call the unbelted or unbound soup de potting gushtasana series. So what |
| 1:26.1 | we're going to do to do this is we're really simply we're just going to lay on |
| 1:29.8 | our back. When we lay on our back, you're going to bend both knees, take the |
| 1:36.0 | bottom of the feet to the floor. Then what you want to know about this is you're |
| 1:42.7 | you're probably not going to get a big stretch. So we're sacrificing a big |
