Hi everyone. Arundati here and welcome to an other episode of the Let's Talk Yoga podcast. Since I'm just literally a week away from starting my teaching yoga to beginners course, a virtual course for yoga teachers, I'm dropping this mini episode. This episode is going to be slightly different from my usual format. And by different,

0:23.2

it just means that you are more involved in this one. I'm going to be asking you a bunch of

0:27.9

questions, all related to teaching asana to a beginner or teaching yoga to a beginner. And I want

0:33.9

you to come up with your answers in the most clear, concise, and precise way

0:38.7

possible.

0:39.9

I would highly recommend that you write down these answers just because often when it's

0:46.0

in our mind, it sounds one way.

0:48.0

But in reality, many of us yoga teachers, we can get better at communication.

0:52.5

And that's something I personally strive for all the time to be better at communicating yoga to other people. So these questions

0:59.9

are largely scenarios. Some of them are questions. Some of them are scenarios that I'm going to

1:05.1

create for you. And these are literally things I have seen for the past decade of teaching beginners

1:10.4

every day.

1:11.8

And if you notice that you don't have enough clarity or you end up learning a lot from this episode,

1:18.8

then I would encourage you to explore my teaching yoga to beginners virtual course for teachers that starts on June 10th, literally the Friday that you are going to be listening to this episode,

1:29.5

the same week. And I'm recording this in June 22. Think of this course as a one-time investment,

1:36.7

but what you learn in this course, you can literally use for a lifetime. And I can say that

1:42.2

confidently because that's how I've grown Aham Yoga from

1:45.8

zero students and being an immigrant to hundreds and thousands of practitioners doing yoga

1:50.5

wikas. But honestly, don't take my word for it. By the time you listen to this, the live info

1:56.1

session would have finished. It literally would have finished the day prior on June 5th. But I'm happy to

2:02.0

send you a replay. All you have to do is sign up for my email list or find me on Instagram and I

2:07.4

can send you the replay of the live info session where I take you behind the scenes of the course.
