London Real TV was launched just a few days ago and it's our 24 hour a day news network.

We stream London Real all the time.

So wherever you are around the world, anytime day or night from your mobile from your desktop

You can watch London real whether it's five minutes if you need a little inspiration or motivation for the day

or whether you have an hour and you want to really drink in

one of our fabulous former guests and me then you can do it this is just a great

idea that one of the team had and we just decided to make it happen.

So it's just streaming all sorts of good stuff all the time.

weekend and I saw myself interview dampania at the castle I'm actually

watching how I've changed as an interviewer I was just watching now Anthony Anaxagoro, the poet, who's very good friends

with a kala. I've seen myself interviewing Timothy Sheaf. I guess you think probably, Brian,

you just sit around at home and watch yourself all the time.

So at least I'm enjoying it and people are on there the feedback's been tremendous.
