Hi everybody, welcome back to a new episode of The Bad Broadcast.

My name is Maddie Murphy and we are celebrating today.

We are celebrating the fact that it is the one-year anniversary of the podcast.

Technically it was last week, was like the exact day, June 7th,

was the one-year date, but this is our celebratory episode.

So we don't have a love-hate segment this week because I have a lot to tell you guys about

the last year of my life. And all of the things that I learned, hopefully there's some little

little nuggets of helpful info. I, whenever I give people advice or I like tell people what I've

learned, I try to be realistic about like what is actually helpful because nothing is worse than

when you're looking for some advice and somebody gives you something that's like, okay, like for

example, a piece of advice that I heard like four days ago, the word for word it said,

being yourself is the most important thing you will ever do. Like I don't find that particularly

helpful. I don't even know really what that means. Like I like a healthy dash of woo-woo, okay?

I like things that are, you know, maybe a little bit more mystical, but I don't like things that

are pointless. Like I want some advice that's going to get me somewhere. So I made a list of

everything. I think it's how many, how many did I do? I think I did 18, maybe 17, 17 things I

learned in the last year. And I want to share them with you guys. So that's my intro to this. I

can't think of anything else that I need to tell you guys. Oh, just to subscribe, rate, review,

and post on social media. It's the, it's the best for the podcast. And I really appreciate

all of you guys who post, you know, I love when you guys post and like tell me what part you liked
