I can do breathwork and just really be in a really good place, right? Thinking like, wow, look at you go.

You're really, you're really calm, cool, and collected. You're really managing your emotions well lately. And then enter a freaking tech issue. Doesn't matter which one. And I am set the F off. Okay, let me just tell you.

So I come in here, I'm ready to record. We finally have like a podcast set up that I feel really

good about. I feel like the last episode, I got my lighting right. I know, like I figured out how to

hook up my mic to the stupid video thing.

And like, we, I've literally been thinking all week, yeah, I really like, okay, we got it.

Like, I know what I'm doing. I like the setup. Everything sounds good. Cool. I know how to do it all.

And then I go to sit down today and I'm

like ready to record. I've got a set amount time to record. And bam, the video thing that

streams my phone to the thing is just crashing and it's not working. So I'm really working on not lighting things on fire
