Today it is more X-Men, more architects of X, and one character, specifically, a character that was the top for a decade.

Trading cards, action figures, spin-offs, the focal point of the X universe,

the second best-selling book of all time, and then it all changed.

But what exactly changed for the man called cable? From top to now

struggling to be relevant in that world, but kicks down the door on the latest-ish episodes

of X-Men 97 and electrifies all of you and you've been talking to me about this predicament

for years. We get into it. We examine cable. Just what the heck happened anyway on an all-new

episode of our observations.

I make the comics, write the comics, draw the comics, ink the comics, sometimes print the comics, most definitely publish the comics.

I have been doing comic books

for 40 years. I have been pulling them off the rack for 50 years. I've been doing this since I was a

teenager professionally. I've been cashing checks, getting paid to make comics since I was a teenager.

It has been the absolute passion and joy and delight of my life.

And the only thing that I enjoy slightly more than making the comics is talking about the comics.

And that's what we do here on our observations. We talk about the comics. And how the comic books

have blown up into giant blockbuster films, streaming shows, video games,

toys on all of your big box store aisles, even at your drugstore. We love comic books.

We love comic book superheroes. We love the creators. And again, if you've never listened to

our observations, we give a lot of blow and a lot of spotlight to the creators where it belongs.

Because without those incredibly talented creators, you don't get Wolverine.
