look ahead to this weekend's pay-per-view, and I'll just start out by asking it by

Michael Hanflant, is this going to be the best WrestleMania Backlash ever?

Very good, very good. I like how your word enchanged from your first one from looking

forward to looking ahead, because they both literally mean the same thing, but in

other senses they absolutely don't. What a disparate post-Ressolmania law this has

been. We have steeled ourselves over the years to expect it. It's your share of it.

It's like, dread it, run from it, it's everything after WrestleMania.

We've gotten used to how this feels, and even last year we got used to how it feels

in a pandemic. What we've never gone through until this year was how it feels to have

five minutes of the old normal back before you get the current soul-crushing new one back.

WrestleMania, for the most part, full of joy, full of hope, one month, one day, lovely

cute parallels like that. It's like, oh, Christ, it's back. The thing we like looking

out with supposed to look is back, enormous steel good moment on night one, tall banger

of a main event on night team, just a making of Roman Reigns as the guy on night team.
