Solomonster reviews the post Summerslam episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, the first of the Triple H era without any involvement (one would hope) from Vince McMahon. It was a solid first effort that put a greater emphasis on in-ring action and a handful of new faces while trying to add importance to the United States championship. Other elements of the show remain that shouldn't, but this will be a work in progress.

I couldn't let tonight go by without talking about this show because there was a lot of buzz about this show all day long a lot of people talking about how this could be a very newsworthy episode of raw.

And when I say the first night of the triple H era was pretty obvious if you watch the show tonight is judging by some of the faces that you saw faces that were pushed on the show tonight.

1:17.0

And we got our in ring debut for Eosha ride she finally for all these years of being stuck on the NXT brand way longer than she ever needed to be.

1:28.0

She got to make her in ring debut here on the main roster against the raw women's champion wasn't for the title.

And when I think of triple H I think of I think of this image.

1:50.0

This right here is the photo that I think of this was the final match for Tommaso champ in NXT.

1:59.0

He was very emotional.

2:01.0

He knew that his time in the black and gold had come and gone and he had shared this emotional moment on screen with triple H because champ was a triple H guy for so many years triple H signed him.

2:16.0

Plus I mean they look alike I mean look at these two he looks like triple H's son bald head rats nest on the face.

2:25.0

I'm sure triple H feels like he has some kind of bond with this guy just when he looks in the mirror every day.

2:31.0

But there's a personal connection between these two triple H is a big fan of Tommaso champ.

2:37.0

And the whole situation playing out the way that it did with Vince McMahon and triple H sliding into the seat and taking over when he did could not have come at a better time for that man.

2:50.0

Tommaso champ.
