Basically, if you have

something you want to tell us or ask us there's a couple of different ways that you can

get a hold of us one you can get a hold of us by good old-fashioned email which is now the

dot com or you can pick up the phone and leave us a message and have your own voice heard

here on the show we don't alter it nothing well unless you tell us to because you're

in a witness protection program right in that case we might do something with it but
