I'm here with Karen in her lovely office good morning Karen good morning how are you sunny I'm doing

great did you have a good birthday oh I did thank you for asking it was so nice and you

had a good birthday too.

I did.

We are just like a week apart.

I know not even really.

Not even, yes, we're twins.

Yeah.

I'm just a little ulcer.

Not by much girl, not by much.

So we are into November midway through November and we've had some

great ones this month already and they just keep coming and this is a topic

today that I think every female on the

planet yes struggles with some I'm very excited to see where today goes

once you tell us what we're talking about today all right I agree I agree. I think everybody can relate to this one.

It's called, how do I stay motivated?

Great, if you could just answer that question right now,

then we can just like, I'll pray and go home.

That's right, just one question, that's it. How do I stay motivated and that's it? Let's go home. That's right. Just one question. That's it. How do I stay motivated and that's it? Let's go home. But I, you know, this is a good one and I'll be very transparent today when we're talking through. But I struggle with this as well.
