Hey everyone, this is Sunny and welcome back to Wire Talk.

I'm here with Karen Stubbs in her delicious little office

that we have in her house. Good morning Karen how are you. Hey I'm doing

great how about you send me. I'm doing good. I'm praying that the guy outside

with the chainsaw goes elsewhere.

That's right, takes his chainsaw to another play.

Just saying, so we do record in Karen's office in her home,

so if you happen to sporadically hear a chains all going off we are fine and

perfectly safe but somebody's working outside in the yard so we have a big topic

today we're gonna go ahead and just jump right in because this is one of those

topics that you could just talk about forever and ever.
