Hi, welcome to another episode of the Brain Food Podcast, just Simon here at the moment.

Basically, we are taking a slightly different direction with the show.

We are now dividing the show up and I feel like I've announced this on like many many

podcasts that we've got coming up because we do not record them in order but very

quickly here what we're doing is we're splitting up the show basically based on feedback

from you guys.

You know, first we wanted to do a variety show,

but we realize it's better to kind of split

the practical knowledge and the interviews up

and then have the kind of fun fact things

as separate, uh as separate episodes.

So now we're doing those on a Monday and the,

whether we're doing an interview,

like what you're going to hear today

or whether we're doing a Fun Facts

Different Days of the Week, Monday and Thursday, although I'm aware

this is probably going out on Friday, but everything will become more organized as we move

forward. We're still finding our feet and getting everything sorted. But in the

episode today what you're going to hear is an episode, an interview, sorry, with Carl Smallwood

who is a writer on today I found out.

If you've listened to you, if you've watched the Today I Found Out channel, you have certainly

heard a lot of stuff that is by Carl.
