So the new inflation data is out.

And here is what you need to know about the inflation data and how it pertains to the Fed dropping interest rates in their next meeting.

So first and foremost, let's go over what's happening with Fedwatch.

This tells a big, big story here. We've gone over this

a few times in more recent videos, and it's the probability the Fed drops by 25 basis points

at the July meeting. So this is coming up in about 30 days. So we've got Fedwatch, And for those of you who watch all of my live streams, you know that three or four days ago, we were right around 80%.

So 80% probability the Fed isn't going to do anything.

But then we had some soft economic data come out to say the least and i went over this yesterday

with the inventories and with the GDP being the final revision being adjusted down to a negative

0.5 and then defts is going up a lot of things contributed to this but then we saw this go all the way down to like 73,

if I'm not mistaken. And then this morning, it bounced right back to almost 80%. Why did it do this?
