1:06.9 | after this heart attack, what did you personally change? What was it that kind of awoken you |
1:12.6 | and made you realize? And he said, well, after the heart attack, you know, I started to get |
1:16.4 | it onto an arraignment of drugs or medications, whatever you want to call it. And I did improve my |
1:23.0 | overall well-being. I went for more walks. I was more conscious of the food I ate. But unfortunately, |
1:30.7 | now it's been about a year and a half since he had this heart attack. His old food routines have |
1:35.6 | come back to plague him. And he is aware of it, but he isn't doing much to combat it. And it's |

1:46.2 | why is it that maybe a heart attack, for me personally, I think a heart attack is a pretty big deal. |
