Welcome back to the Dersh show. The question I'm asked very frequently these days, literally, as I walked down the street, a guy stopped me the other day on a bike cut in front of me and said,

0:14.1

I have to ask you a question.

0:15.6

Other people have asked me the same question.

0:18.1

Would you defend President Biden if he were impeached, would you go to the Senate and defend him the way

What I argued was the charges themselves

1:36.2

were unconstitutional.

1:37.3

It was like I was making a motion

1:39.4

to dismiss a criminal case on the ground

1:41.2

that the allegations did not constitute a crime.

1:44.5

That's what I did for Trump. That's what I would do for

1:48.4

President Biden. Now at at the moment, it looks like they are looking into the possibility of charging him

1:58.8

with some species of bribery, but to charge him with that, they'd need evidence.
