And today we're talking about periods. We're getting into the menstrual cycle.

We're getting into vaginas.

Yes. We're getting into them.

Speaking of that, how is yours doing? Because you did get a little procedure,

which we touched on last week a little bit. Yes. It was good. It's good. It was.

I'm like, I'm no longer with it. It's no longer with us. It's good. It's not a hundred percent yet.

That's for sure. But I have an appointment next week to check on it to see if everything's good to go.

And I'm really hoping that that's the end of it. Yeah.

Does it feel good? Does it feel good? Have that like procedure out of the way and feel like you're going to healing them?

100 percent. I've been putting estrogen cream on it. Interesting.

Yeah. Very interesting because I guess when you're breastfeeding, your estrogen levels are lower,

which makes healing in your immune system lower.

So yeah, I've been putting that cream on it like every other day.

And so I hope that is helping it. I have noticed like a couple improvements.

So I don't know how I mean, we're talking about periods that might as well.

Like the boys probably aren't going to be listening to boys probably have already clicked out of this episode.

But I was having so much. Why is discharge like so awkward to talk about for some reason?

I don't. I remember our friend Jessica in high school. She'd be like,

not the name dropping. She's not the name dropping. Well, she would always be like,
