On today's show we're going to talk about world stock market returns and you're

going to learn what are the returns in the stock markets around the world.

And this is important because sometimes we can get really myopic into our own country, whether

you're in the US or Europe or South America, wherever you might live, it is easy to just get focused on where we live.

And I wanted to kind of give you the big picture because in Investors Business Daily, week of July 9th, 2018, they had this really

nice photograph of major world markets and their percentage change based on benchmark exchange traded funds,

which means that we're going to look at what are the averages in these different countries

and we're going to get a year-to-date number that we're going to compare

by country.

So again, depending on where you live, you'll find out what the return is in your country,

you'll also find out if there are better returns in other countries.
