People have been trying to get rid of the notch since the notch existed

since the beginning of the notch really the notch era on smart phones

We got so used to the idea of it, maybe not a full out notch like the iPhone has been doing,

but we got used to the idea of some kind of cutout for a front-facing camera.

It got crazy.

You remember the Pixel Device?

Pixel 4, it got crazy for a minute.

They put the radar in there.

It's a giant forehead on that thing.

And then it started to shrink a little bit.

People were like, at least in the Android space,

they determined, okay, we're gonna get rid of some of the sensors.

And we're just gonna make it just a simple front-facing camera.

Companies like Samsung went in there and they named things infinity O.

With the little dot.

I didn't tell him to name it that.

They did not conference with myself they could ask me

You were to pick that name? Yeah, they actually nailed it that I would have said the exact same.

I said, you didn't need my help. You already had infinity. Oh.

Anyways, everybody kind of knows that this is a stopgap.
