Summary
Same sex-relations are banned under Islamic law. Qatari law calls for a prison sentence of one to three years for "inducing or seducing a male or a female in any way to commit illegal or immoral actions".
On the Sky News Daily, Sally Lockwood is joined by Dr Nasser Mohamed, who is gay and Qatari and now lives in the US. He says LGBT+ Qataris feel "removed" from the conversation about Qatar's hosting of the football World Cup.
