In the penultimate episode of Champs Chats from the World Athletics, we recap another epic night of racing that included Gudaf Tsegay winning the gold medal in the women's 5000m + a fan running onto the field shortly thereafter with a Tigray flay. Team USA's women upset the Jamaicans in the 4x100m relay. The United States men made up for the long streak of 4x100m relay woes by earning a silver medal behind Canada.
