Welcome back to the Lantern Rouge cycling podcast presented by Zwift for the World Championships time trial recap.

Both men and women, they kicked off for the women's kicked off very early, like 9 a.m. Australia time, which was horrendous for European time zones.

I think not too bad for East Coast for North America.

And then the men's was later in the afternoon, decent conditions, no rain.

I'm not sure about the wind, how it changed throughout the day.

But yeah, probably finishing in the worst time zone possible for, although is it light outside?

I'm currently at 8.30 in the morning and the race fast about hour ago.

So it's been fine, but I've stayed up for like most of the night anyway.

And I think when it comes to wind conditions in the men's reigns, apparently the wind was harder at the start when the likes of a little lap and off compared to towards the second last and the last wave.

That's at least what I heard from people on the ground.

But hey, that's my take on the wind.
