You're good. Are you good? Are you ready? I'm done. I'm done. I'm done. I'm handling. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome. Hustling T-shirts online. Weird.

0:23.0

Did you ever think that your life would take you to a glorious place for your hustling T-shirts online?

0:28.0

Yeah. If you just think you'd be basking on the beach with my ties and eating bonbons all day long.

0:40.0

No, I didn't ever see that. Oh, Hustling, working. I like to work.

0:47.0

I do too. That's why we get along. We also like to play though. But we like to work.

0:54.0

We do. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Shauna section. Ta-da.

0:59.0

Yesterday was the fly-in. The lion stand flying. It was so good. What was your biggest takeaway from the fly-in here?

1:08.0

Just how radical honesty just is exactly what humans need. Doesn't matter if it's, if it's people we coach, or if it's our friends, or if it's people online, or if it's our family, like radical honesty.

1:22.0

It makes such an incredible impact because it bridges our humaneness together. My opinion.

1:29.0

We shrunk down the size of the group. Last year we were doing, we had about 50 people. So for those that don't know, the lion's den flying is our monthly fly-in where any member of the den can come to our warehouse and hang out with us for the day.

1:45.0

So we bring in different people that I've got, different partners. We work on business, we work on relationships.

1:52.0

I don't want to say a one-on-one day, but it's a very small intimate group here at the warehouse and it's been really successful.

2:00.0

We've had a couple hundred people come over the last year and it's been wildly successful because the virtual coaching is great.

2:08.0

But when you get to be one-on-one in face-to-face, you get to really dive into topics that you can't online or don't online and then you have all day together.

2:18.0

It's not a networking event. It's like a literal, like people come in with the expectation they know it's up. We're going to just, they're going to break through whatever their hurdles are.

2:28.0

There's a vibe about it. It's fun because the big events that we do are not intimate. When you have 1,000, 2,000 people in a room or in a church or an auditorium or whatever, you can't really work with anybody.

2:40.0

But with this, it's here, we're sit on couches. Anyways, it's just a really fun day. It's one of my favorite things to do with the lion's den is the fly-ins.

2:49.0

It's definitely my favorite. Because it's what I love to do. I love coaching and I love really problem solving. I love working with people.

2:57.0

It's like if we have a whiteboard and some markers, there's nothing we can't do. There's no business we can't build. There's no business we can't scale. There's no problem that we can't solve.

3:06.0

But yesterday, it's always interesting with the fly-ins because everybody comes with an idea and a thought process and it ends up being totally different.

3:15.0

I've found 99.99% of the time, whatever you think you're there for, whatever you think you're needing, you end up leaving with something radically different but is far more profound for what it is that you actually need.

3:27.0

For instance, people will come in and they're like, hey, I'm here to work through my business. I have this block of my business, I can't scale, whatever it is, and they end up going down the rabbit hole in their marriage.
