25 episodes. It's amazing to think how we've been on this journey together for the past 25 weeks.

To say that I'm at a loss for words is an over-cliqued understatement. But sometimes cliches, well, they say it best.

But over the past, almost six months,

you've taken the steps to heal,

to feel better, to ease your anxieties,

and to create more awareness of the world around you.

Take a moment and reflect on how amazing this feels. You've done the work.

We're not done. We're continuing to do this every week, but you've taken these steps one week at a time,

working through your struggles, breathing through your worries, standing

against the storms. I am so incredibly proud of you. These steps each week, they never come easy.

I love this quote by Martin Luther King.

You don't have to see the whole staircase.

Just take the first step.

That's exactly it.

And you've done just that.

Each week, listening to this podcast, you've said to yourself,

I'm going to listen to this guy who likes chocolate chip

cookies maybe a bit too much as he shares what he's doing each week to help in his own life.

Wherever you are, stop what you're doing. Smile. Take a second and say to yourself, I'm trying. And take reward. And knowing no matter how far or how short the ball moves down the field, you are trying. And that is all you can never ask of yourself. But again, take that moment to reflect and notice

where you are now, opposed to where you were six months ago. I can't help but smile for you.

So, to celebrate this 25th episode, I want to encourage you to keep climb climbing the staircase that Martin Luther King spoke of.
