Hello everybody, welcome again to Words Matter, the podcast that I do every week with the

great Kavita Patel, who is on route back from Europe.

We'll be with us next week, but today again we're joined by our great producer Grant

Haver to talk about the issues of the day, and today at least to start with we're going

to talk about Nikki Haley and in a broader sense, it's not just about the horse race of

who will win the Republican nomination, but really about the nature of today's Republican

party and what's going on in the dynamic out there, and related to that I think we can

also address another set of realities that they're closing in on Donald Trump.

We're probably going to see some indictments forthcoming within a matter of days, if not

meant more likely weeks, we'll have a new grand jury convened in Georgia.

The release of some of that grand jury material suggests that we're going to have indictments

forthcoming, probably not till the early part of March would be my guess, but of course

we also see the wagon circling in New York and a much more aggressive stance now taken
