launched just in December so it's really new and I've wanted to start hosting

Where? Where does time go? I don't know, but we are, we meeting me launched this challenge and it's a healthy

how healthy habits challenge. So the Healthy Habits Challenge is just all about creating

healthy habits. Wow, what a name. What an amazing name. I'm truly a genius.

So instead of it being all about, you know,

physique, getting in shape burning muscle,

building muscle, burning

calories, whatever it might be, being in a deficit,

all that stuff.

It is about creating healthy habits that will stick

and these healthy habits will build on each other.

And so when you want to move on to bigger things,

you have bigger fish to fry,

you want to lose weight,

you want to really get after a program and build more muscle and become in the best shape possible.
