Summary

The home, the children, the entire world - everywhere you look, you will see women holding things. Inspired by Maira Salman, today’s episode is a dedication to the mental load that we carry day in and day out as women and as mothers. It begins with a moment to check in and breathe before Rachel dives in, giving you a snippet of her brain and the seemingly endless list of things she’s worrying about in this moment. While it may feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders, finding moments of grounding and silence to show up for yourself can make all the difference. There may never truly be an end to the holding women do, but this episode sheds light on learning the balance between the giving and receiving. That's when my husband came up with a brilliant plan. We can become

hosts on Airbnb. Since starting this I can officially say my husband had the best

idea ever. The process of getting our property on Airbnb was so easy. We were able to ask other hosts for tips and got a lot of great feedback.

And actually we still get tons of good feedback and we're constantly improving our space. An Airbnb is really flexible. You just choose the dates you want to host.

So if you don't have a full-time rental property like us, that's perfect too. Hosting on Airbnb is great for anyone who frequently travels or has the

extra space or has a seasonal house or even someone who always goes away at the

same time of year for family traditions or work events. We all know the cost of living is excessive right now,

so you can get more out of your space
