because I'm actually sickened by the gender wars that are happening.

As believers in Jesus, we better be interested in this because we as the church need to once again be leading out in this conversation and imparting wisdom into it, seeking the truth of scripture in it, or we are allowing secular culture to further confuse and divide what God designed to be beautiful.

Well, buckle up and get ready for four more shows on women. Up today, we're talking all

things biblical womanhood. I say four more shows because we kick this whole series about women

off with author Preston Sprinkle talking about his new book from Genesis to Junia, which is a truly

critical read, I believe, in these times. Oh, man, I hope you didn't miss hearing from him

because he really helped us get a good look at all things Bible-steeped wisdom regarding

women and our roles that often get both so confused and I think convoluted.

Preston poured over the scripture and commentaries and came to some really solid personal

conclusions about what scripture teaches about this.

At the same time, he came with such a humble posture of saying, boy, these things are

sometimes places that we change our mind. And so I love the way he approached it. You can agree or

disagree with his conclusions, but you simply cannot argue that he has put in the work. And I just appreciated the way he approached the Bible on it.

I hope and pray every pastor will read his book as they lead their church

because the way we view

and equip women in the church, I think will make or break how God is being honored in the church.
