We'll begin this week with the new adventures of Nero Wolf and the final page, his story from March 23, 1951.

After that, it's Sherlock Holmes and the Porter Mews mystery. I don't have an air date for this particular episode, though the series aired from 1980 to 1985, I believe.

It's a South African production of Sherlock Holmes, which I don't think we've heard yet.

Boss, Mr. Wolf, will you please hurry?

You're well aware that will avail you nothing to

hurry me? Why, Mr. Whirl be in such a rush today? But the car, it's downstairs waiting. Fritz is

already. Let him wait. Isn't it enough that I've agreed against my better judgment to leave the

comforts of home to go rushing through the crashing traffic of the city?

To a dinner, that should be an inducement.

Fritz could have prepared a delicious dinner. He has truffles in the pantry.

Well, why did you promise Arthur Merle? You didn't have to accept the invitation.

Quite so. He's an old friend. Besides, he does set an excellent table. It's just that I don't like the traffic.
