Religious sister and mental health counselor, Sister Josephine Garrett talks about this

question in her keynote speech at the recent Good News Conference. In her talk, Sister

Josephine shares how in order for the whole person to be educated, the object of the

Good morning. I'll tell you what, usually I use like a lavalier mic, but I told them,

I don't want that thing because there's so many plants on this stage. I see me knocking

a plant off somewhere. Someone be still right here. Jared is a good friend and he does

know my Godfather and that's my Godfather's favorite thing to say to me, be still. I'm really

grateful to be with you for just multiple reasons. And I'm so impressed that so many of you

are here this morning. I'm not an early riser, so there's a chance I might not have been

here if I wasn't speaking. And the clock hadn't been set back. Actually, this coming weekend

I'll celebrate 10 years in the convent. And someone asked me about five years in. They

were like, I'm sure you get used to getting up early and I said I'm hoping. So there's

the key to getting up early. You got to go to bed early to get up early. And after 10

years, I can let you know I have mastered the going to bed early. So I'm holding out in

hope that in the next 10, I'll master the getting up early. So I want to do a thing first

before we get started. And there's so many theologians in the room. And so I'm just going

to wave my wife's leg. I am not the only one. And I thought about pretending like I was.

And I was so much energy for a Sunday morning. I am a sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth.
