Summary

Friends, the Liturgy of the Hours is the highest form of prayer after the Mass. It is an ancient, structured way of praying Scripture throughout the day, focusing especially on the Psalms. In today’s episode of the “Word on Fire Show,” Brandon Vogt and I discuss why this prayer is so powerful and how to get started with it.
