0:10.6	at Word on Fire. Today we share with you a wide-ranging Q&A that Bishop Barron recently
0:16.4	did with a group of Maronite clergy. Now the Maronites are part of the two dozen or
0:22.5	so Eastern Catholic churches that are in full communion with the Catholic church. They're
0:27.8	very prominent in Lebanon, but they're also scattered throughout the world, including
0:32.2	countries like Syria, Cyprus, Israel, and Jordan. Bishop gave a talk to their clergy
0:38.5	on the topic of the priesthood, but then following the talk opened it himself up for Q&A,
0:43.3	which lasted nearly an hour. The clergy asked all sorts of interesting questions, including
0:48.8	questions about Adam, and Eve, and Mary. Some asked about practical advice when you
0:54.2	feel confined by your vocation, others asked how we should pick our battles as we wrestle
0:59.5	with the world, and what practical steps we can take and parishes to keep people from
1:04.4	disaffiliating from the church. So lots of really good, really important questions. I'm sure
1:09.5	questions that many of you listeners have wrestled with at one time or another. So we
1:14.0	hope you enjoy this Q&A between Bishop Baron and the Maronite clergy.
1:31.2	I'm so grateful to all of you for having me. I enjoy preparing those talks, and I've
1:43.7	been doing a lot of research recently in the Bible for a number of reasons. And I just
1:47.5	think we find in those great figures, archetypes for our lives as priests. So I was very happy
1:52.5	to share that with you.
1:55.5	And I would just make it to come by myself with another piece of today. We'll talk about
2:01.6	maybe other figures that you could enrich us along the way down the line. We would be
2:06.0	very happy to have more talks down the line if you have time. You're able to do that.
