What's up, S.T. And welcome to another episode of Surviving the Survivor, the

podcast that promises to bring you the very best guests in all of true crime.

And we were delayed by a moment or two,

because every once in a while,

when you're doing a live show,

one of your three guests bales out in the last

couple of seconds which throws everything for a loop not saying that happened to us but

maybe it just did because we're supposed to have three best guests but we

only have two best guests but since they are best guests we're gonna make the best of

it and we will have a dandy old time with this show and talking Donna Adelson. Hard to believe,

Megan was on recently, I'm about to introduce you to Jessica, but it is really hard to believe that, you know, it feels like yesterday that we were breaking news live on surviving survivor about Don Adelson's imminent arrests. That was the night of November 13th,

2023. She was in fact arrested and now, just like that,

basically a year has passed or nine plus months.

We are three weeks away from the murder trial of Donna Sue Adelson.

She is of course charged with first degree murder and the conspiracy

to kill her ex son-in-law, FSU law professor Dan Markel,

who was a rising legal scholar.
