Hello, my friends, and welcome to another Robcast.

And I got to be honest right now, I'm a little woof, and I don't even know what that woof

means.

But I just went to a yoga class with my wife, Kristen, and it was so fantastic.

I cannot begin this podcast without talking about it.

Because normally I go to Hot Yoga.

Because some of you know this particular form of joy known as Hot Yoga, which is basically

you step into the studio and you get blasted with Florida.

It is a sweat fest from the very beginning.

And you're just drenched and I love it.

And then you walk outside and you can walk outside and it could be like 94.

And you're like, oh, the cool breeze.

Because you have been in a hot box for an hour.

I love it.

But today my lady, Kristen, says, why don't you come with me?

Because she has a studio she goes to.

She's like, there's this fabulous teacher.

You got to come see this.

So I go to class with her, which isn't hot yoga.

So basically I step into the studio and I'm like, oh, yeah, it's a little bit chilly in

here.

And it was probably like 80 something.
